Step by step instructions
1. Log in at your shop's website.
2. Click Dashboard (at the top of the page, or via the three lines menu if you’re on mobile).
3. Click My Account (top right corner).
4. Click the Update Payment Details button (orange).
5. Enter your new card details carefully.
6. Follow your bank’s instructions (this may include entering a code sent to you, or approving the payment in your banking app).
Important: Do not close the tab with our website. If you need to check your email or banking app, please open a new tab or minimise this one.
8. Return to the original tab with our website. You should see a notification confirming your card has been updated.
