Updating card details on Ooooby v2

How a customer can update their credit or debit card details on Ooooby when using the new Ooooby customer interface.

Step by step instructions

1. Log in at your shop's website.

2. Click the account button (icon of a person) in the top right.

3. Click the Billing button

4. Click Update card details

5. Enter your new card details carefully.

6. Follow your bank’s instructions (this may include entering a code sent to you, or approving the payment in your banking app).

Important: Do not close the tab with our website. If you need to check your email or banking app, please open a new tab or minimise this one.

8. Return to the original tab with our website. You should see a notification confirming your card has been updated.
