What Is Advanced Person Search?
Advanced Person Search allows you to locate customers based on specific criteria. Once you've identified the customers, you can:
Send emails
Download CSVs
Apply bulk credits
Filters Available:
Active Filter
Use the Active Filter in Advanced Person Search to easily locate all your customers or active / inactive customers.
Search for All Customers
Open Advanced Person Search.
Leave all filters unchecked.
Click Search.
This will display a list of all customers in your database, both active and inactive.
Note: You do not need to set any filters to see the full list of customers.
Search for Active Customers Only
Check the Is Active filter.
Click Search.
Only active customers will be displayed.
Search for Inactive Customers Only
Uncheck the Is Active filter.
Click Search.
This will display only inactive customers.
Payment Type Filter
Find customers based on their payment type.
Customers uploaded to the system are set to Unknown.
Updating card details changes their type to Credit Card automatically.
New sign-ups are also set to Credit Card automatically.
Editing Payment Types:
To update payment type:
Navigate to Customer Overview > Account > More Options > Edit Payment Details.
Choose the new payment type from the drop-down menu.
Note: Changing a customer's payment type will:
Remove their card connection
Reset their debt limit to zero.
Place subscriptions on hold due to account debt.
Payment Provider Filter
Use this to find customers linked to specific payment providers.
Example: If migrating from Windcave to Stripe, use this filter to identify migrated customers.
Product Filter
Search for customers based on product subscriptions or received items.
Subscribed to All Products: Finds customers subscribed to multiple specific products (e.g., large veg and fruit boxes).
Subscribed to Any Products: Finds customers subscribed to at least one of the selected products (e.g., small veg boxes or large veg boxes).
Received All Products: Finds customers who received multiple specific items.
Received Any Products: Finds customers who received at least one of the selected items.
Note: When using “received” filters, you’ll be prompted to input a date range.
Purchase Count Filter
Search customers by the number of purchases they've received.
Pause Date Filter
Find customers who paused their subscriptions on a specific date.
Subscription Period Filter
Search for customers with weekly or fortnightly subscriptions.
Sign-Up Date Filter
Locate customers based on their sign-up dates.
Delivery Area Filter
Search by delivery area. Multiple areas can be included in one search.
Advance Order Filter
Find customers with advance orders.
Cancellation Date Filter
Search customers by their cancellation dates.
Note: To find cancelled customers, you must leave the Active Filter unchecked
Promo Code Filter
Locate customers who have used specific promo codes.
Use semicolons (
;
) to separate multiple codes.
Display Order
The order in which search results are generated.
Actions You Can Take
Send an Email
Opens the email tool in a new tab.

Download CSV
Exports customer details into a CSV file with fields such as:
Name, email, phone numbers
Address, postcode
Account balances
Subscription and purchase history
Bulk Credit
Apply a single credit amount to all customers in the search results.
Note: Bulk credit cannot distinguish between multiple products.
Tips for Efficient Use
Keep search results intact.
Double-click the View button to open customer details in a new tab. Clicking once will overwrite the search results.
By using these filters and actions effectively, you can streamline your customer management tasks with precision and ease.
