What Does "User Disabled Instant Login" Mean?

When you see "User disabled instant login" in your activity notes, it indicates that the customer has opted out of the instant login feature on their dashboard. This security setting prevents the creation of an instant login URL for their account, enhancing the user's privacy and security.

Understanding Billing Cycle Delays

Occasionally, a customer payment might experience a one-cycle delay. This situation occurs when a customer receives their delivery, has a payment scheduled, and then cancels their subscription. The scheduled payment is also canceled, leading to the delay. The customer is informed via a cancellation email that any outstanding balance will be collected in the next billing cycle.

Locating Inactive Customers with Outstanding Balances

To find inactive customers who have an outstanding balance:

  1. Navigate to Admin Dashboard > Finance > Overdue Accounts.

  2. For a specific list of inactive customers, access Advance Person Search without enabling the active filter.

  3. After searching, download the results by pressing "Show" next to "Download CSV" and then "Download".

  4. In the CSV, sort by 'Is Active' and 'Cash Balance' to identify inactive customers with negative balances.
