Adding Customers Manually

Step 1: Navigate to Add Customer

  1. Log into the Crew Dashboard.

  2. Go to the 'Customers' tab and select 'Add Customer'.

Step 2: Enter Customer Details

  1. Fill in the necessary customer details. Ensure at least one phone number is provided.

  2. Click 'Create Customer' to add them to your system.

Step 3: Set Up Customer Password

  1. In the 'Customer Overview', find the customer you just added and click 'More Options'.

  2. Select 'Edit Details' > 'Reset Password'. This action triggers an email to the customer, allowing them to set their password.
