  • Log into the Admin Dashboard.

  • Go to the 'Customers' tab and select 'Add Customer'.

Step 2: Enter Customer Details

  • Fill in the necessary customer details. Ensure at least one phone number is provided.

  • Click 'Create Customer' to add them to your system.

Step 3: Set Up Customer Password

  • Find the customer you just added by using the Customer Search field at the top of the Admin Dashboard screen. Click through to their Customer Overview

  • Click 'More Options'

  • Select 'Edit Details' > 'Reset Password'. This action triggers an email to the customer, allowing them to set their password.
