Available promo codes

Each promo code has specific rules about what it applies to. Common examples include:

  • SAVE15 – Get £15 off your purchase.

  • CORE10 – Get 10% off boxes only (does not apply to add-ons).

  • ALL15 – Get 15% off the entire purchase.

How promo codes work

Who can use promo codes

At the moment, promo codes are available for new customers only.

⚠️ Note: Existing customers can’t use promo codes yet. Support for this will be added in the future.

Preorders and promo codes

Promo codes do not apply to preorders because preorders are not paid for at the time of sign-up.

  • If an order only contains preorders, the promo code field will not appear.

  • If an order contains both regular items and preorders, the discount will apply only to the regular items.

Creating and editing a promo code (Admin)

For those using the new UI, promo codes are managed via Marketing > Promo Code > Add Promo Code.

When setting up a code, you can configure the following fields:

  • Name & Code: Give your promotion a descriptive name (internal) and a specific string for customers to type (e.g., 10OFF).

  • Expiry Date: Set a hard deadline for when the code will stop working.

  • Offer Type & Amount: Choose between a flat "Amount Off" or a percentage.

  • Referrer Details: You can link a code to a specific person by searching for their name and setting a Referrer Payment Amount. This is useful for tracking affiliate or partner performance.

  • Usage Limits: Check the 'One Use Only' for unique codes; ensure this is ticked. This means the code can only be used once. Not to be checked if offering to multiple customers. Leave unticked for general promo codes.

Entering a promo code (Customer View)

Customers enter their promo code during the sign-up or checkout process.

promo code at checkout – this example shows 15% off a £9.00 order

If the promo code is valid and applies to the items in the order, the discount will be applied automatically and reflected in the total.
