Available promo codes
Each promo code has specific rules about what it applies to. Common examples include:
SAVE15 – Get £15 off your purchase.
CORE10 – Get 10% off boxes only (does not apply to add-ons).
ALL15 – Get 15% off the entire purchase.
How promo codes work
Who can use promo codes
New and existing customers, depending on the code's Availability setting.
Preorders and promo codes
Promo codes do not apply to preorders because preorders are not paid for at the time of sign-up.
If an order only contains preorders, the promo code field will not appear.
If an order contains both regular items and preorders, the discount will apply only to the regular items.
Creating and editing a promo code (Admin)
Promo codes are managed via Marketing > Promo Code > Add Promo Code.
When setting up a code, you can configure the following fields:
Name & Code: Give your promotion a descriptive name (internal) and a specific string for customers to type (e.g., 10OFF).
Availability: Choose New Customers, Existing, or Both.
Expiry Date: Set a hard deadline for when the code will stop working.
Offer Type & Amount: Choose between a flat "Amount Off" or a percentage. A percentage code can only be redeemed by new customers at sign-up. Existing customers can only redeem an Amount Off code.
Referrer Details: You can link a code to a specific person by searching for their name and setting a Referrer Payment Amount. This is useful for tracking affiliate or partner performance.
Usage Limits: Tick Single use: expires after the first customer redeems it only for a code meant for one person, such as a voucher. The whole code stops working as soon as anyone redeems it, for every customer. Leave it unticked for a code you share with several customers; each customer can still redeem a code only once. If a code expired by mistake, open it, untick the box and set a new expiry date.
Entering a promo code (Customer View)
New customers enter their promo code during the sign-up or checkout process.

If the promo code is valid and applies to the items in the order, the discount will be applied automatically and reflected in the total.
Existing customers add their code in the billing section of their account:
