Using the Active Filter in Advanced Person Search

Use the Active Filter in Advanced Person Search to easily locate active or inactive customers. This guide explains how to search all customers or narrow your search to only active or inactive ones.

Search for All Customers

  1. Open Advanced Person Search.

  2. Leave all filters unchecked.

  3. Click Search.

This will display a list of all customers in your database, both active and inactive.

Note: You do not need to set any filters to see the full list of customers.

Search for Active Customers Only

  1. Check the Is Active filter.

  2. Click Search.

Only active customers will be displayed.

Search for Inactive Customers Only

  1. Uncheck the Is Active filter.

  2. Click Search.

This will display only inactive customers.

Tip: Use these options to quickly narrow down customer lists based on their activity status.
