Steps to Reset a Customer's Password

1. Log in to the Admin Dashboard

Go to your hub’s admin dashboard and log in using your staff credentials.

2. Navigate to the Customer's Profile

Once logged in, use the customer search bar to find the profile of the customer who needs a password reset.

3. Initiate the Password Reset

Within the customer Details, follow these steps:

  • Click on "More Options".

  • From the drop-down menu, select "Edit Details".

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Reset Password".

4. Inform the Customer

The customer will receive an email with a password reset link, just like they would if they initiated the process themselves.

Let them know to check their email and follow the instructions to reset their password.

5. Ensure Completion

Once the customer has reset their password using the link, they can log in with their new password. For more information, refer to the article “The Password Reset Process.”

Troubleshooting

  • If the customer does not receive the password reset email, advise them to check their spam or junk folder.

  • If there are any issues, you may need to resend the reset request.
