Follow these simple steps to apply discounts to your customers.
How to Set Up a Discount
Navigate to Customer Overview: Go to the overview section of the customer you wish to add a discount for.
Access Customer Details: Click on 'More Options' and select 'Edit Details' from the drop-down menu.
Select a Discount Reason: Scroll to the bottom of the page. Choose a reason for the discount from the list shown
Set the Discount Amount: Specify the discount amount for both core and add-on products.
Choose a Maximum Discount Value: Optionally, you can set a maximum discount value. This is particularly useful for offering free delivery. For instance, to provide free delivery, set the core product discount to 100% and set the maximum discount value to the amount of the delivery fee.
