This guide provides detailed instructions on customising the "How It Works" and "Boxes" pages, allowing you to tailor these sections to better suit your hub's style and message.

Customising the Boxes Page

Steps for Customisation:

  1. Access Custom Page Overview: Navigate to Site Management and select Custom Page Overview.

  2. Modify the Boxes Page: Click on "Boxes" to start the customisation process.

  3. Add a Display Tile Section: Click "Add Section" and choose "Display Tile" from the Section Type dropdown menu.

  4. Select Background Image: Upload or choose the background image you'd like to display on the tile.

  5. Input Body Text: Enter the text that will accompany the background image on the tile.

  6. Publish Your Changes: Ensure the "Is Published?" box is ticked to make your changes visible on the live site.

  7. Save Your Work: Click "Save" to apply your customisations.

Reverting to Default:

If you wish to revert to the default settings, simply unselect the "Is Published?" box and save your changes. This action will restore the original image and text.

Customising the How It Works Page

Steps for Customisation:

  1. Access Custom Page Overview: Within Site Management, go to Custom Page Overview.

  2. Select How It Works: Click on "How It Works" to begin editing this page.

  3. Add a Flowchart Step: Click "Add Section" and select "Flowchart Step" from the Section Type dropdown.

  4. Customise Each Step:

    • Upload a background image for the step.

    • Type in the body text that explains the step.

    • Provide a title for the step.

    • Choose an icon that best represents the step.

  5. Save Each Step: After customising, click "Save" to add the step to the flowchart.

  6. Repeat for Additional Steps: Add more sections as needed to complete your flowchart, following the same process for each new step.

  7. Ordering Steps: Reorder the steps by clicking and dragging them into the desired sequence.

  8. Publish Your Flowchart: Make sure the "Is Published?" box is checked to display your customised flowchart on the website.

  9. Finalise Your Customisation: Click "Save" to apply your changes.

Reverting to Default:

To return to the original How It Works page setup, uncheck the "Is Published?" box and save. This will revert the page to its default state.
