By default, the "Hub Details" section of your platform is configured to "Show Public Box Contents." This setting is designed to foster transparency, allowing customers to preview box contents before an event is created. Such previews can be published through the "Create a Box Produce Preview" feature. Once "Publish Preview" is activated:
The upcoming box contents become visible on the home page.
Customers can view these details on their dashboard under their subscribed order.
Previews are accessible via links at the bottom of the home page.
This level of openness enables customers to adjust their orders based on the anticipated box contents, enhancing their shopping experience and satisfaction.
When Contents Remain Hidden
If the "Publish Preview" option is not selected, box contents will not be visible until the actual event is created. At this point, the contents automatically become public, maintaining a level of surprise for your customers.
Customising Content Visibility
For various reasons, you may decide to keep the contents of your boxes private until a certain stage. This can be easily managed by adjusting the "Show Public Box Contents" option within "Hub Details."
Turning Off Public Visibility
To hide box contents from the public view, simply untick the "Show Public Box Contents" option.
Even when public visibility is off, the content details are not lost. They are:
Retained in the event for record-keeping.
Included in the "Print Box Packing Manifests" for internal packing processes.
Utilised to generate "Product Manifests" and "Delivery Manifests" for logistical purposes.
