Label Features
Multiple Labels: Larger orders automatically generate more labels, with the total number of labels for that particular order indicated in a pink box.
Chilli Watermark: Marks orders requiring 'Extra Care'. Useful for new customers (the watermark indicates a new customer and remains on the label for that customer for the first 2 weeks of their subscription) or to highlight previous issues. E.g. if a customer has had a bad experience you can add the watermark on to their label for a set date range by going to their Customer Overview > Customer Details > More Options > Edit Details > Enter the date you would like the watermark to stay on the customer's labels until:
Snowflake & Bread Loaf Icons: Indicate chilled/frozen items or fresh daily items, respectively.
Colour Coding: Products and delivery routes can be colour-coded for easy identification.
Label Settings in Hub Settings
The following settings are available in Hub Settings. Find Hub Settings by going to your Admin Dashboard > Settings > Hub Settings.
Box Label Order: Choose how labels are grouped on the PDF, based on delivery route, box type, or delivery day. This helps organize the packing and delivery process according to your operational needs.
Box Label Page Breaks: Option to start a new page for each group of labels, improving organization and efficiency during packing.
Packing Time Management: Setting start and end times for packing can help teams meet deadlines. Labels can display estimated pack times to monitor progress.
Exclusions/Replacements: Options to show all customer exclusions (up to 7) on labels, and whether to display replacement items. This customization ensures packers are fully informed about customer preferences and substitutions.
Practical Tips for Box Label Use
Regularly Review: Regularly update your label preferences in Hub Settings to align with your operational changes or improvements.
Communicate: Ensure your packing and delivery teams are aware of the significance of label icons and colour codes.
Feedback Loop: Use insights from delivery and packing experiences to refine label settings and improve efficiency.
By leveraging these customisable label features and choosing the right labels for your needs, you can significantly enhance the packing and delivery accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency of your Ooooby hub.
