Here's a suggested email to those with an account set up on the system to let them know the Ooooby system is now live and that they will need to login and update their details.

N.B., amend the below email as appropriate.

Your account on the new Ooooby platform is now live! You can view your details and see the contents of your upcoming order. To access your account:

  1. go to [hub URL]

  2. click Log in

  3. click Forgot your password?

  4. enter your email address and click Reset

You will then receive an automatic email giving you a link with access to your account.

Please check that your subscription is as you expect it to be, and please make any changes to your orders by Xxxday Xam for Xxxday delivery.

Please ADD YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT tab on your dashboard and click the UPDATE PAYMENT DETAILS button.
