Creating a New Survey

  1. Navigate to the Survey Section: In the crew dashboard, go to Marketing -> Survey Overview -> Add survey.

  2. Fill Out Survey Details:

    • Name: Enter the name of your survey (e.g., "How did you hear about us?").

    • Description: Provide a brief description of the survey.

    • Display Area: Choose where the survey should be displayed. Options include:

      • None: Default setting.

      • Sign Up: For new customers signing up.

      • Deactivation: For customers who are leaving.

    • Survey Type: Decide if you want multiple choice or one choice answers.

    • Once per person?: Check this if the survey should be limited to one completion per person.

    • Allow additional comments?: Tick to include an extra comments box.

    • Is Active?: Ensure this is ticked to activate the survey.

  3. Save the survey: Click Save to store your survey settings.

  4. Add Survey Options: Click the Add Survey Option button to add choices for your survey respondents.

    • Description: Enter the option name (e.g., "Event").
