  1. Accessing Grower Management:

    • Navigate to the Crew Dashboard.

    • Select Deliveries > Grower Management > Add Grower.

  2. Filling in Grower Details:

    • Name: Enter the full name of the grower or supplier.

    • Short Name: Provide an abbreviated version for ease of reference.

    • Location: Use the postcode or address field above the map to specify the grower's location. This helps in visually representing the proximity of the produce source to the customer.

    • Method: Describe the growing practices, such as "Organic Certified" or "No Dig Regenerative". This is your chance to showcase the sustainability and quality of the products sourced.

    • Certifications: This field can be ignored as it currently does not appear on the website.

    • Associated Profile: Link the grower to a previously created profile in the Create Teams & Suppliers Profile section. This helps in maintaining a structured database of all your producers.

  3. Saving Your Entry:

    • Click Save to add the grower to your system. This will enable their details to appear in box previews and potentially on customer dashboards.
