  • For New Hubs: The assistance of an Ooooby team member is necessary for the first admin user to be added as a customer.

  • For Existing Users: Once the first admin is set up, they can add subsequent admin users themselves.

Steps:

  • Navigate to the "Add Customer" section.

  • Enter the individual's email address, name, and one telephone number (typically a mobile number).

  • Click "Create Customer."

2. Updating Your Access Roles

Having the correct roles is essential for full functionality within the admin dashboard.

Steps:

  • Use the search field to find the person you're adding by typing their name or email address. Matching names will appear after typing three characters.

  • Access their customer overview, go to "Details," then click "More Options" and select "Edit Roles."

  • Choose the necessary roles for full access.

3. Creating Your Password

To ensure secure access, setting up a strong password is crucial.

Steps:

  • In the "Customer Overview," navigate to "Details," press "More Options," and choose "Edit Details."
