The Recent Orders section on the Customer Overview page in Admin shows a customer's orders from the past week and all upcoming orders. It’s a convenient way to check order details and make changes to orders that are still being processed.

For older orders, you can view the full history in the customer's Transaction History.

What You Can See

Each recent order includes:

  • Order status (e.g., Processing or Done)

  • Delivery date

  • Order total

  • Delivery fee (if applicable)

  • Discounts applied (shown clearly as a line item)

  • Item list with product names, quantities, and individual prices

Editing an Order

If the order has not yet been completed, you'll see an Edit button next to the delivery date.

  • Click Edit to update product quantities, remove or add items, or modify delivery details.

  • Once an order is marked as complete, editing will no longer be possible, and it will be marked as Done.
