The GDPR Delete button allows you to permanently remove a customer's personal data from your system, in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules. This option is only available when specific conditions are met.

When Can You Delete a Customer?

Before you can use the GDPR Delete option, ensure the following:

1. The customer must not have any current or ongoing subscriptions.

2. The customer's cash balance (including Rooby credits) must be zero.

3. There must be no future payments scheduled for the customer.

If any of these conditions are not met, the GDPR Delete button will not proceed with the deletion.
